1. My device is not in the list of supported devices. Can I install speed cameras?

Basically we only support TomTom devices from our list of supported devices. TomTom devices which are not in the list cannot install speed camera POIs or functionality is limited. Some devices doesn't install third party icons (e.g. GO 5200, GO 6200). Others doesn't give acoustic alerts (e.g. VIA 52, VIA 62).

2. Why MyDrive is unable to sync?

Although the POI file is very small, MyDrive needs at least 400 MB of free space (internal drive) to sync POI files. The software MyDrive will be unable to sync when you have less free space. We recommend to delete some countries/maps and POI files which are not in use to get more free space. Or upgrade your TomTom device with a larger memory.
